- Lead the build, setup, and continuous enhancement of the Epic platform to support operational and clinical needs for Epic implementations in hospitals and healthcare institutions in Singapore.
- Translate business and organizational requirements into functional Epic module configurations and workflows.
- Support full lifecycle activities for Epic initiatives, including new implementations, system upgrades, and enhancement rollouts.
- Conduct comprehensive system testing, identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and fine-tune performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Oversee change management activities by evaluating change requests and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to implement updates smoothly.
- Monitor system performance indicators and user adoption metrics to proactively identify optimization opportunities.
- Maintain detailed documentation covering configurations, workflows, updates, and system modifications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams, business users, and external partners for system-related matters.
- Provide user support and guidance, resolving incidents and addressing operational queries in a timely manner.
- Safeguard data integrity and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, internal governance policies, and compliance standards.
- Establish and maintain appropriate access controls and security measures to protect patient and organizational information.
- Recommend and drive system improvements to enhance usability, efficiency, and overall user experience.
- Stay updated on Epic releases, healthcare IT developments, and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Holds a current and valid Epic certification.
- Preferred certifications: Healthy Planet, MyChart.
- Experience participating in Epic implementation or optimization projects is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams, including business stakeholders, vendors, and internal project members.
