Our client, a locally owned commercial bank, is excited to welcome an Equipment Finance Sales Executive to its team. This is a key opportunity to contribute to a growing team that is doubling its book of business in the next three years.

If you're a proactive, motivated sales professional with experience in equipment finance or capital equipment sales, this role will give you a clearly defined path for advancement.

What You'll Do

  • Originate equipment finance loans and leases by actively prospecting and building referral networks
  • Partner with commercial lenders to drive business and provide creative financing solutions
  • Present and explain financing terms and options to prospective clients
  • Represent the bank at industry events and stay ahead of market trends

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience in either equipment finance or equipment sales
  • A desire to prospect for and meet with new customers to consult on their equipment finance needs
  • A driven self-starter with a team-oriented mindset
