Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed individual and corporate revenue targets.
- Generate qualified leads through direct prospecting, relationship development, and referral partnerships.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, vendors, and referral sources in your territory.
- Educate customers and partners on the company's financing solutions and value proposition.
- Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and funding teams to ensure smooth and timely deal execution.
- Serve as a trusted industry resource for customers and partners.
Job Requirements:
- Proven success in equipment finance sales.
- Established book of business with strong relationships among end users.
- Experience in financing collateral such as specialty vehicles, manufacturing, industrial, marine, yellow iron, or other miscellaneous equipment.
- Experience in structuring equipment finance transactions in the $500K to $5MM range.
- Driven to meet and exceed production goals.
- Strong ability to build rapport, earn trust, and close business.
- Comfortable with both written and verbal communication.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
- Committed to providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional integrity.
