About the role:

The Executive Admin ("EA") is an integral member of Community Reach Center's Front Office Operations ("Division") Division. The EA supports a member of the C-Suite by performing, coordinating, and overseeing technical and office administrative duties. The EA will prepare statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions including but not limited to arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and receiving visitors. Additionally, the EA will have other duties and responsibilities as determined from time to time by the CEO.

Essential Functions:
  • Responsible for day-to-day activities of the CEO's office; develops procedures, and systems which ensure productive and efficient office operation for the CEO and Corporate Boards. Relieves direct supervisor of administrative detail. Meets with manager on a regular basis to coordinate projects and workloads.
  • Performs a wide variety of administrative duties as required by daily operations in the CEO's office, ensuring consistent office operations.
  • Organizes and facilitates meetings, conferences, and other special events as required.
  • Identify, implement and monitor customer service standards for team to meet internal and external customer needs in a professional manner.
  • Attend meetings as required and serve on appropriate work groups / committees to further the goals of Community Reach Center. Utilizes opportunities that provide professional growth.
  • Facilitates outreach opportunities for CEO with elected officials, community resources as well as with staff.
  • Make travel and conference arrangements for CEO and Corporate Board directors as necessary.
  • Receive and screen communications to the CEO as appropriate and facilitate communications requiring priority.
  • Performs research analysis on specific issues, and prepares non-routine letters and / or reports, which may be highly sensitive in nature.
  • Conducts agency business and engages both internal and external customers in a professional, collaborative manner that reinforces person centered practices.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality regarding all operational and clinical issues.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of increasingly responsible clerical/secretarial experience.
  • Professional telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to type 40 wpm, and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Products
  • Communication, organization, time management and clinical skills.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and keyboard.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
  • Light to moderate lifting is required,
  • Regular, predictable attendance is required.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Salary Information:

$68,000-$73,000/yr
