Job Description
The client is seeking an Executive Admin III to support senior leaders with calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and onsite operational needs. This role requires a skilled individual in facilities coordination and event planning who can collaborate with global teams while maintaining high confidentiality and flexibility under pressure. The candidate should be proficient in tools like Calendar and Numbers, and possess strong communication and organizational abilities. The position involves providing administrative assistant support for up to two leaders, which includes calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel scheduling. The role serves as a central point of contact for building operational needs, including hardware and supplies management, partnering with facilities and onsite teams, and supporting space management with seating assignments and audits. Planning and executing team offsites and events, building strong working relationships with leaders and their teams, and collaborating with globally distributed admin and functional teams are essential responsibilities. The candidate is expected to be onsite at the office at least three days per week, with flexibility to work up to five days depending on business needs. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of three years of administrative assistant experience supporting leaders at the Director level and above, preferably in the technology industry. Candidates must demonstrate discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information, and have the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure while being flexible with shifting priorities. Proficiency in Client products, including Calendar and Numbers, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required.
