2-6 years' experience in:


  1. Calendar Management
  2. Coordinate & organize for interviews / meetings / training programs, etc.
  3. Coordinate and prepare various reports as required
  4. Travel arrangements for the HoF & Direct reports – preparation / review of travel budget and tour expense statements for the team, as per travel policy.
  5. Prepare and circulate MoMs to include in trackers and send updates accordingly.
  6. Maintaining / managing project related documents in both soft copy & hard copy.
  7. Ensuring timely task completion for the function, through follow up and coordination with required SPOCs.
  8. Co-ordination with Q&RA team for various training/ activities.
  9. Assisting in timely completion of all People process activities (Zing, MAPS, Talent Hub) for the HoF and her team.
  10. Assist in preparing aesthetically appealing presentations, basic excel analysis, etc.
  11. Ensuring timely approvals from the HoF on Capex proposals, credit notes, etc.
