Job Title: Associate / Senior Associate – Talent Acquisition
Experience: 1–5 Years
Locations: Bangalore, India (Marathahalli / Hebbal)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Non-IT Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for BPO roles. You will be responsible for driving the full recruitment lifecycle and supporting our organization in building a strong and capable workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions within the BPO domain—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking events.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role-specific requirements and staffing needs.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
- Lead salary negotiations and oversee the offer management process.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with organizational policies and standards.
- Keep recruitment databases updated with candidate information and hiring progress.
- Provide timely updates and recruitment reports to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in recruitment within the BPO industry.
- Strong understanding of industry hiring trends and recruitment best practices.
- Hands-on experience using job portals, recruitment tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
