Key Responsibilities

A. Maintenance & OperationsOversee maintenance activities for:Stamping machinesAnodizing & Plating linesPowder coating & Assembly linesUtility systems (compressors, scrubbers, RO/EDI, pumps, etc.)Ensure equipment uptime, reliability, and safety complianceLead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for breakdownsMonitor and improve PM (Preventive Maintenance) effectiveness

B. Project ManagementSupport and execute new facility and equipment projectsCoordinate installation, testing, and commissioning activitiesWork closely with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholdersEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting technical requirements

C. Electrical & Technical SupportHandle electrical systems, panels, motors, and control systemsPerform inspection, troubleshooting, and corrective actionsEnsure compliance with electrical safety standardsElectrical certification is an added advantage

D. Team Support & LeadershipGuide and instruct technicians and assistant techniciansAssign daily maintenance tasks and monitor progressProvide technical training and knowledge sharingSupport shift teams during critical issues

E. Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities for:Energy savingCost reductionProcess improvementSupport ESG and sustainability initiativesImplement improvement projects with ROI tracking

F. Documentation & ComplianceMaintain maintenance records, reports, and checklistsSupport audit requirements (ISO, safety, ESG)Ensure proper spare parts control and documentation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in: Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics or equivalentMinimum 4–5 years’ experience in maintenance or facilities engineering (manufacturing environment preferred)Strong knowledge in:Electrical systems & troubleshootingIndustrial equipment maintenancePLC / automation (added advantage)Electrical certification (preferred)

Skills & CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsHands-on technical capabilityGood communication and coordination skillsAbility to handle multiple projects and prioritiesLeadership mindset with team guidance ability

Working ScopeCovering:Production equipment (Stamping, Anodizing, Plating, Vacuum furnace, heat treatment & Assembly lines)Facility systems (Utilities, Air compressor, Cooling tower, HVAC, etc.) Involved in both:Daily operationsProject execution
