IU Health Arnett Physicians seeks a Family Medicine physician to practice in a rural medicine community team-based care in our Otterbein Family Medicine Clinic.Otterbein is a short 15-minutedrive from West Lafayette, IN (Home of Purdue University)

Qualifications

• US BE/BC in Family Medicine
• MD/DO Indiana license or eligible
• Consistent and consecutive employment/training history
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to provide high quality patient care
