Family Medicine Physician

Job DescriptionOur client, a multi-specialty physician practice, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician. Join an integrative health center in Westchester. The practice is constantly evolving technologies and has a national footprint. The ideal candidate is a licensed, board-eligible or board-certified Family Medicine physician who is motivated, self-reliant, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. We seek a professional with exceptional diagnostic, assessment, and treatment skills.
Responsibilities:

• Provide patient consultations and advanced physical testing and assessments to inform the patient's health status.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address acute and chronic health issues.
• Interpret lab and diagnostic test results to create actionable care plans.

Requirements:

• Passionate about Patient Care
• Completes initial assessment, evaluation, follow ups and yearly physicals of patients
• Completes preventive health screening, immunization, quality assurance, participating in programs that prevent disease, improve patient health and reduce injury.
• Accredited U.S. Medical School or foreign equivalent
• License to practice Medicine in NY
• Residency in Family Medicine or Preventive Medicine from accredited USA based residency training program
• Board Certified by ABMS
• No malpractice or loss of license at the DTC.
