Farmers Insurance is seeking a professional and results-driven recruiter to support agency growth across West Tennessee. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding qualified candidates for insurance agent and agency-related positions.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-based, corporate environment. Prior recruiting or talent acquisition experience is preferred, but candidates with strong sales, human resources, or business development backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Key responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, managing job postings, coordinating the hiring process, maintaining candidate pipelines, and partnering with leadership to meet recruiting objectives.
