Role Overview

A Luxury Retail Fashion Consultant delivers a personalized, high-end shopping experience to clients, offering expert styling advice and building long-term relationships. The role focuses on driving sales, maintaining brand image, and ensuring exceptional customer service aligned with luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Experience & Styling

• Provide personalized fashion consultations based on client preferences and lifestyle
• Offer expert advice on styling, fit, and current fashion trends
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and repeat clients

2. Sales & Business Development

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
• Upsell and cross-sell luxury products (apparel, accessories, footwear)
• Maintain a strong client database and follow up regularly

3. Brand Representation

• Uphold the brand’s luxury image, values, and service standards
• Ensure grooming and presentation meet premium retail expectations
• Stay updated on brand collections, fashion trends, and competitors

4. Store Operations

• Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation
• Ensure product knowledge and stock awareness
• Support inventory management and store processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Fashion, Retail Management, or related field preferred)
• 1–5 years of experience in luxury or premium retail
• Strong fashion sense and styling expertise
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven mindset with customer-centric approach

Preferred Experience

• Experience with luxury brands (e.g., high-end fashion houses)
• Exposure to VIP client handling
• Knowledge of global fashion trends and designers
