Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive for our customized menswear apparel. The role involves understanding customer requirements, assisting with fabric and style selection, taking accurate measurements, and closing sales while delivering a premium shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and understand their custom tailoring requirements
• Guide customers on fabrics, fits, styles, and design options
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Follow store SOPs, grooming standards, and brand guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in men’s apparel, tailoring, or custom clothing preferred
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of fabrics, fits, and menswear styling
• Sales-driven mindset with closing ability

Preferred Profile

• Experience in bespoke, made-to-measure, or ethnic menswear
• Ability to upsell add-ons like waistcoats, shirts, alterations, etc.
