Fashion Designer

We’re looking for a Fashion Designer who understands modern Indian women and can translate that into strong, wearable ethnic collections.

If you’ve worked on kurtis, co-ord sets, and everyday ethnic wear, this role is for you.

• Design and develop seasonal collections in women’s ethnic wear
• Work on silhouettes, fabrics, colors, and surface details
• Create sketches, mood boards, and sampling briefs
• Coordinate with tailors for sampling, fittings, and production
• Ensure fit, finish, and overall product quality
• Stay updated with trends but design for real customers

• 1–3 years of experience in women’s ethnic wear
• Strong sense of design + commercial awareness
• Good understanding of fabrics and garment construction
• Ability to execute designs end-to-end
• Someone who is proactive and takes ownership

• Experience in D2C fashion brands
• Hands-on involvement in photoshoots or product launches
