Role Description

Resham Weaves, a premium retail saree brand, is looking for a passionate and experienced Fashion Designer to take on the role of Sales Manager & Executive. This role combines creative fashion expertise with customer engagement and sales leadership. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of sarees, fashion trends, and customer service excellence to drive sales and enhance the in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting sarees and provide styling guidance
• Manage overall store sales and achieve revenue targets
• Lead customer engagement with a personalized and professional approach
• Maintain product knowledge of sarees, fabrics, and current fashion trends
• Support inventory management and visual merchandising
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Collaborate with the team to improve store performance and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Background in Fashion Designing (preferred)
• Prior experience in retail sales or fashion industry
• Strong knowledge of sarees, fabrics, and traditional wear
• Excellent communication skills in Kannada (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of English (preferred)
• Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage sales operations and work in a team
