Fashion Designer

We are looking for a creative and motivated Designer with 3-5 years of experience specialising in Knit design. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, eager to learn, and ready to bring fresh energy and innovative ideas to the team. The role involves supporting the design team across all stages of product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knits Design: Assist in developing trend-relevant designs across knit categories, including fabrics, silhouettes, graphics, detailing, and fits.
• Creative Contribution: Share new ideas, inspirations, and creative inputs aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and target audience.
• Trend & Market Research: Conduct research on global and local trends, market activity, and competitor brands to support seasonal direction.
• Graphic & CAD Design: Create sketches, artworks, and visual representations using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Tech Pack Preparation: Assist in preparing clear and accurate tech packs with all necessary specifications for sampling and production.
• Brand Understanding: Develop a strong understanding of the brand language, customer profile, and core categories.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sourcing, category, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product development and alignment.
• Timeline Management: Complete tasks within designated timelines, supporting the seasonal calendar.
• Ownership & Innovation: Take responsibility for assigned tasks, demonstrate passion, and proactively contribute fresh thinking and process improvements.
• Team Collaboration: Be a reliable and enthusiastic team player, open to feedback and ready to support the team when required.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, with specialisation in Knits .
• Strong design portfolio showcasing knitwear-focused work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; knowledge of tech pack creation is essential.
• Good understanding of knit fabrics, yarns, trims, garment construction, and fits.
• Highly creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
