Job Title: FICO Consultant (SAP FICO)Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced FICO Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, optimize financial processes, and ensure system efficiency.Key Responsibilities1. Implementation & ConfigurationConfigure and implement SAP FICO modules (FI & CO)Handle end-to-end SAP implementation projects (Blueprint, Realization, Go-live, Support)Customize financial processes such as:General Ledger (GL)Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Asset Accounting (AA)Cost Center Accounting (CCA)Profit Center Accounting (PCA)2. Business AnalysisGather and analyze business requirements from finance stakeholdersTranslate business needs into SAP system solutionsProvide recommendations for process improvements3. IntegrationEnsure integration of FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.)Work closely with technical consultants (ABAP) for enhancements4. Testing & SupportConduct unit testing, integration testing, and UATProvide post-go-live support and troubleshootingResolve system issues and user queries5. DocumentationPrepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and user manualsMaintain project documentation and system changes6. TrainingProvide training to end users and internal teamsSupport knowledge transfer sessionsRequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related fieldExperience2–5 years (Consultant) / 5+ years (Senior Consultant) in SAP FICOExperience in at least 1–2 full cycle SAP implementationsTechnical SkillsStrong knowledge of:SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA)SAP CO (Cost Center, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis)Understanding of financial processes and accounting principlesFamiliar with SAP S/4HANA is a plusSoft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and stakeholder managementAbility to work independently and in teams
