Job Description
Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50000 (Based on experience)
About the Role:
I am an entrepreneur active in Land Trading and Hospitality. I am looking for a disciplined, tech-savvy, and highly organized Finance & Operations Executive to manage structured back-office systems across my personal and business operations.
This is a high-trust support role. You will work directly with me and coordinate closely with my external CA and legal advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Management:
Create and maintain a well-organized digital and physical record system for land documents (Sale Deeds, 7/12 extracts, Agreements, etc.) and personal investment files.
Accounts Coordination:
Prepare accurate and reconciled data for GST, TDS, expenses, and other compliance requirements before submission to the external CA.
Internal Checks:
Conduct structured weekly reviews in hospitality operations to ensure billing accuracy, inventory control, and proper reporting.
Banking & Payments:
Handle vendor payments, utility bills, reimbursements, and routine banking activities.
Cash Flow Monitoring:
Maintain a weekly Money In / Money Out tracker and highlight discrepancies.
Ideal Candidate:
• 2–5 years experience in Accounts / Finance / CA firm
• Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel
• Comfortable with Google Drive and digital filing systems
• Detail-oriented and process-driven
• High integrity and discretion
• Understanding of Maharashtra land documentation is a plus
