This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Associate, located in Bengaluru. The Finance Associate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, supporting financial reporting, and maintaining up-to-date records. This role involves ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations, assisting in budgeting and forecasting, and managing financial documentation. The Finance Associate will also support cross-functional teams by providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.

• Strong knowledge of Financial Statements and proficiency in Financial Reporting
• Ability to apply Analytical Skills to financial data and processes
• Proficient understanding of Finance principles and practices
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA would be advantageous
