Role Title: Finance Associate


We are looking for a Finance Associate who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow with our organization. This role combines accounting operations with financial analysis, offering exposure to core finance functions, compliance, and business decision-making. It is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to build a strong foundation in corporate finance while contributing to a fast-growing healthcare technology company.


Role & Responsibilities/Key Activities include:

Accounts Receivable:

  • Prepare and dispatch customer invoices on time.
  • Maintain and review customer master data in ERP systems.
  • Record customer collections daily and reconcile with bank statements.
  • Support legal filings and assist in managing litigations related to defaulting customers.

Accounts Payable

  • Dispatch Form 16A to vendors for TDS deductions on a quarterly basis.
  • Verify invoices and employee reimbursement claims (non-travel).
  • Track and validate tax invoices for vendor payments through corporate credit card.
  • Assist in the physical verification of the company's fixed assets.

Finance & Compliance

  • Support statutory, secretarial, & audit documentation and filings.
  • Collaborate with procurement, operations, and business teams to obtain financial inputs.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and automation projects.
  • Assist in audits and strengthen internal controls.
  • All other activities involved in the finance function may be assigned from time to time.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and grow into leadership responsibilities over time


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B.Com.)
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Analytical mindset with strong numerical and problem-solving skills
  • High ethical standards and the ability to manage confidential data
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
