FINANCE ASSOCIATE – ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
ABOUT US
Vutto is a full-stack, phygital platform transforming the used two-wheeler market in India. We combine certified online listings with offline retail experience, in-house refurbishment, warranty support, and end-to-end documentation to deliver a seamless and trustworthy experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and contracts
- Manage payment cycles (NEFT/RTGS/cheque/online transfers)
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain and update accounts payable records and reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Coordinate with internal departments for approvals and clarifications
- Handle TDS, GST (if applicable), and other statutory deductions
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation
KEY REQUIREMENT
· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com preferred)
· 1–5 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role
· Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
· Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Good communication and problem-solving skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
