Senior Finance Consultant – Pune

We are a fast-growing organization providing Finance as a Service and Fractional CFO services, providing end-to-end financial management, strategic advisory, and business insights to clients across industries and geographies. Our team partners with CXOs and business owners to enable data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.

What you’ll do:

• Act as a finance business partner across multiple client entities.
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
• Drive accounting under IFRS, US GAAP & IndAS; ensure compliance & controls.
• Manage consolidations, audits, transfer pricing, and tax support.
• Deliver strategic advisory to CXOs with high-quality insights.

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6–8 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Big 4 background strongly preferred.
• Strong expertise in FP&A, accounting standards, and compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.
