Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Finance Executive to join our team in Jaipur on a full-time, on-site basis. The Finance Executive will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations, and providing financial insights for effective decision-making. The role also includes monitoring budgets, evaluating financial performance, and assisting in optimizing financial processes to support business growth.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance
- Knowledge and experience with Goods and Services Tax (GST)
- Proficient in relevant accounting and financial software
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions and records
- Prepare invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
- Monitor accounts payable & receivable
- Maintain accurate financial data and reports
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
- Support audits and documentation work
