About the Role

The Company is excited to announce a search for a dynamic Finance Executive to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will provide strategic oversight of financial processes and infrastructure to help advance the institution's mission. As a vital member of the leadership team, you will enhance operational efficiency and drive growth initiatives.

In this role, you will oversee a talented team across diverse financial and administrative functions. Your expertise will be invaluable as you serve as a strategic advisor, implement process improvements in budgeting, procurement, and payroll, and ensure robust risk management and financial planning practices.

Successful candidates will have a strong background in financial reporting that complies with relevant regulations, alongside a passion for higher education. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required, while a master's degree and CPA designation are preferred. We seek candidates with at least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a higher education environment.

The ideal Finance Executive will be innovative, technology-savvy, and possess exceptional analytical and communication skills. Familiarity with GASB regulations, ERP systems, and a collaborative spirit are essential attributes. Integrity, credibility, and a strong commitment to our mission are also required.
