Finance Executive

Over the last 6 years, we have made a strong presence in e-commerce backed by efficient marketing and our in-house manufacturing capabilities. Our flagship product GoPadFree Reusable Leakproof Period Panty is a favourite across marketplaces. To continue our growth, we are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Finance Executive to join our dynamic team.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Finance Executive at HealthFab. The role involves handling of accounting, MIS preparation, financial reporting and documentation. Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Compliance

• Assist in accounting with Zoho Books, audits, tax filings and statutory compliances
• Stay updated with Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, MCA, PF, ESIC and other regulations
• Respond timely to business, financial and regulatory queries
• Manage end-to-end documentation and record-keeping for compliance and audits

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare MIS, board reports, investor updates and cash flow statements
• Participate actively in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
• Support founders and stakeholders with key financial insights and decision-making

Cash Flow & Treasury

• Manage working capital, optimize cash flows and maintain financial health
• Manage and track vendor invoices, payments and TDS deductions.
• Periodically reconcile platform payments and receivables

Key Requirements:

Educational Background:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or relevant finance degrees with a strong grounding in accounting principles, tax and financial reporting.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in handling end-to-end accounts, finance and reporting functions in a growing Startup or a mid-sized company
• Accounting experience with Zoho Books is a must
• Hands-on with MIS & Financial reporting
• Familiar with startup culture and working in a fast-paced environment
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with e-commerce/ D2C brands!
