About KWA Analytics: We are a global organisation offering a comprehensive range of consulting services for trade lifecycle management to clients involved in energy, commodities, shipping, treasury, central banking, capital markets, and asset/investment management.
We are looking for a Finance Executive with 2 - 4 years of experience to join our team.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck into the operational nuts and bolts of finance. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day financial processes across multiple entities and currencies, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Job Description
- Accounts Receivable
- Generate and manage customer invoices across regions.
- Coordinate with HR to ensure timesheet-based billing is accurate.
- Follow up with customers for payment (low volume, high value).
- Accounts Payable
- Process supplier invoices and manage payments.
- Handle employee expense claims and reimbursements.
- Banking & Cash Management
- Manage bank accounts and make payments.
- Track and report on cash flow.
- Reporting & Compliance
- Assist with ad-hoc financial reporting tasks, including reconciliation of intercompany invoices, payments and balances.
- Prepare data for GST filings, TDS payments, and Professional Tax and ensure monthly compliance calendar is met.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
- Payroll Support
- Process the end-to-end India payroll and assist in monthly statutory deductions, including EPF, NPS and Professional Tax (PT), ensuring all submissions as per regulatory timelines.
- Support the team in collecting and verifying employee investment declarations and proofs (Chapter VI-A, HRA, etc.) to ensure accurate TDS calculations under both the Old and New Tax Regimes.
- Maintain and update the payroll master database, ensuring all components like Basic, HRA, and Special Allowances are correctly mapped, and that leave/attendance data is accurately reflected before processing.
- Systems & Collaboration
- Work closely with finance teams and support finance operations in India and UK.
- Use Zoho and Xero accounting software (training provided if needed).

Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- B. Com/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience with Zoho and Xero or similar cloud-based accounting systems.
- Prior experience in a multi-entity or multi-currency environment.
- Exposure to international finance operations.
