Finance Lead

MomsMade is one of India’s fastest-growing consumer brands bringing Traditional Authentic Snacks of North India nationwide. Backed by leading VCs and scaling rapidly across Shopify, Amazon & Blinkit, we’re building the online Haldiram’s of India. We are hiring a Finance Lead to own our finance engine end-to-end.

What You’ll Own

Finance

• Daily bookkeeping, reconciliation, payouts across Shopify/Amazon/Blinkit/Razorpay
• GST, TDS, payroll, PF/ESI coordination
• Monthly MIS, P&L, budgeting, SKU-level margins, cashflow
• Financial modeling for forecasting & fundraising
• Investor MIS, audits, D2C marketplace reconciliations

Legal

• Reviewing & drafting vendor contracts, NDAs, employment agreements
• Working with lawyers for SSHA/SHA, compliance, trademarks, ROC filings
• Maintain FSSAI, licenses, registrations & legal docs

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years in Finance/Accounts (startup/D2C/FMCG experience preferred)
• Strong with GST, reconciliation, Excel, P&L, compliance
• Basic understanding of legal contracts
• High ownership, speed & accountability
