Finance Manager

We are hiring a hands-on Manager – Finance Operations to own day-to-day accounting and financial controls across multiple entities in a fast-paced startup environment.

This is an execution-focused role requiring strong individual contribution. The candidate will directly manage accounting operations, reconciliations, and audit coordination.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Accounting

• Manage complete accounting for multiple entities.
• Perform sub-ledger to GL reconciliations.
• Maintain chart of accounts discipline and posting standards.
• Lead GL clean-ups and suspense account resolution.

Month-End Closure

• Drive monthly closure including accruals, provisions, prepaids, and intercompany entries.
• Prepare reconciliation schedules and supporting documentation.
• Support preparation of financial statements and variance analysis.

Audit & Compliance

• Prepare audit schedules for Big 4 audits.
• Resolve audit queries independently.
• Implement audit recommendations.
• Support tax-related reconciliations and compliance documentation.

Banking & Treasury

• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Maintain investment and FD trackers.
• Conduct balance confirmations with counterparties.

Qualification Requirements

• CA-Inter / BCom / MCom with 8–11 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Experience handling Big 4 audits is essential.
• Strong execution mindset; comfortable personally driving closures and reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and ERP/accounting software experience.
• High attention to detail and ownership mentality.
• Comfortable working in an evolving startup setup.
