Location: DN Nagar, Andheri West, Mumbai (On-site)
CTC: ₹7,00,000 – ₹9,00,000 LPA

Own the financial nerve center of a fast-growing D2C brand by consolidating financial data, building P&Ls, tracking profitability, and ensuring zero leakages across products and channels.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance, data, and business decision-making. The role requires a hands-on approach to establishing checks and balances in a growing startup environment.
- Build and manage weekly and monthly MIS dashboards
- Perform trial balance reviews and variance analysis against budgets
- Prepare investor decks and management reports
- Track revenue, costs, and key financial metrics
- Manage product-wise P&L (revenue, COGS, gross margin)
- Oversee channel-wise P&L (website, marketplaces, quick commerce)
- Track contribution margins and unit economics (CAC, ROAS, LTV)
- Maintain data for repeat purchases and cohort analysis
- Reconcile product quantities (sales vs dispatch vs inventory)
- Monitor raw material/formulation usage vs production
- Handle marketplace fees, returns, and payment gateway reconciliations
- Identify and flag financial leakages proactively
- Create a single source of truth across all platforms (marketplace, website, payment gateways, shipping, marketing)
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial records
- Track CAC, ROAS, and campaign spends
- Build dashboards for channel-level performance
- Support the marketing team with performance reporting
- Analyze pricing and discount impacts
- Manage working capital and cash flow
- Support cost optimization and margin improvement projects
- Track marketplace costs and logistics spend
- CA Fresher / CA Inter / MBA Finance / B.Com with strong analytical skills
- 2–4 years of experience in startup finance, D2C, or e-commerce preferred
- Freshers with strong internships will also be considered
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Zoho, Tally, or Unicommerce is a plus
- Detail-oriented, ownership-driven, and comfortable working in ambiguity
