Salary: Up to 20 LPA
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of a leading global manufacturing organisation. This role is critical in ensuring strong financial governance, regulatory compliance, and efficient coordination across departments to support business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting & finance operations, including cash flow & banking relationships
- Ensure compliance with direct & indirect taxation, RBI, FEMA, and DGFT regulations
- Monitor export benefits and CSR fund utilization
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
- Lead monthly & year-end closures, statutory, internal, IFRS, transfer pricing, and tax audits
- Liaise with government authorities and file MCA forms & returns
- Develop SOPs and train finance teams on updated regulations
- Maintain accounting as per the company-defined cost centres
Technical Skills:
- Strong SAP knowledge (Finance & Material modules)
- Expertise in direct & indirect taxation
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills in English
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in taxation & banking (8+ years preferred)
- Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
