Key Responsibilities of the Finance Manager• Serve as a financial liaison to operational leadership, supporting multiple locations
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned areas
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
• Prepare and present financial data to managers and leadership teams
• Support special projects, reporting initiatives, and operational improvements
• Perform data mining and analysis to answer business questions and anticipate leadership needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support financial and operational alignment
Qualifications for the Finance Manager• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–6+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or public accounting
• Strong Excel skills required; Power BI or data visualization experience is a plus
• Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to non-finance stakeholders
• High emotional intelligence, collaborative mindset, and curiosity
