Job Description

Key Responsibilities


1. Financial Reporting & Analysis


  • Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow).
  • Conduct P&L reviews with Department Heads to explain variances between actuals and budgets.
  • Monitor key hospitality metrics: RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room), ADR (Average Daily Rate), and TrevPAR.


2. Budgeting & Forecasting


  • Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with the General Manager.
  • Provide weekly and monthly rolling forecasts based on occupancy trends.
  • Analyze market trends to assist the Revenue Management team in pricing strategies.


3. Cost Control & Compliance


  • Manage cost by auditing food, beverage, and operating supply procurement.
  • Ensure strict adherence to local tax laws, internal SOPs, and ownership reporting requirements.


4. Cash Management & Internal Audit


  • Supervise Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).


Required Skills & Qualifications

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting. Or any other equivalent qualification.

Experience: 6+ years in accounting, with at least 2 years in a hospitality leadership role.
