Role Description

The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting in an operationally dynamic environment. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day financial operations, monitoring cash flow, conducting financial analysis, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks, and collaborating with department heads on budgeting and financial strategy. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, requiring close coordination with various teams to optimize financial performance and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Cash Flow Management
• Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Auditing Processes, and Compliance with Local and International Accounting Standards
• Highly skilled in Financial Reporting, Taxation, and Regulatory Filings
• Competency in using financial software, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel functionalities
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field;
• professional certifications CA certification is must
• Prior experience in healthcare,Other industries is an added advantage
