Finance Manager – Fp&a, Forecasting & Finance Operations

Role Description

We are looking for a Finance Manager based in India to work directly with the company’s Fractional CFO, based in New York and former investment banking Managing Director, and offers exposure to financial modeling, forecasting, and building a finance function in a growing global firm.

This role combines finance operations, financial modeling, reporting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing core finance processes while also helping leadership analyze business performance and plan for growth.

This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to grow into broader ownership of the company’s finance operations over time.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountants only with 4-8 years of experience in leading consulting firms/corporate FP&A
• Proficiency in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
• Experience with financial reporting, performance analysis, and scenario modeling
• Strong skills in data analytics, including interpreting large financial datasets
• Knowledge of finance operations, compliance, and strategic planning
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools, such as Excel, ERP systems, and business intelligence software
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup with a strong sense of accountability
• Experience with global financial operations and cross-functional collaboration is a plus
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
