Position Overview

We are looking for a Finance professional based in India to support local financial operations and work closely with China HQ.

This role is open to:

• Chinese professionals currently based in India , or
• India finance professionals who have worked in Chinese companies and can communicate in Chinese .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily finance and accounting operations in India (AP/AR, bookkeeping, month-end closing)
• Handle local tax, compliance, and coordination with external auditors, banks, and advisors
• Prepare financial reports and support budgeting and cost control
• Communicate and align financial data with China HQ finance team
• Support business growth-related finance tasks in India (entity setup, process optimization, etc.)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
• Experience working in Chinese companies is highly preferred
• Chinese language proficiency required (Mandarin for daily work communication)
• Familiar with India accounting standards, tax, and compliance regulations
• 3–8 years of relevant finance experience (flexible depending on seniority)
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and able to work in a cross-cultural environment

Compensation

• Salary range: RMB 9,000 – 18,000 per month (or INR equivalent)
• Final package negotiable based on experience and role level
