Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: KINFRA Techno Park, Kakkanchery near Calicut University

Key Responsibility

Financial Operations

• Lead and oversee end-to-end financial operations across India and UAE entities
• Ensure accurate accounting, financial controls, and process efficiency

Compliance & Regulatory Management

• Manage and ensure compliance with:
• VAT and Corporate Tax
• GST and TDS
• EPF & ESI regulations
• Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and implement necessary actions

Audit & Reporting

• Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure and compliance
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports, MIS, and dashboards to management

Financial Planning & Strategy

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and business growth

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in handling multi-entity or international financial operations (India & UAE preferred)
• 5 plus years of industrial experience
• In-depth knowledge of taxation, compliance, and statutory regulations
• Proven experience in audits, payroll, and financial reporting
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
