Role Overview:

We are looking for a Finance Manager who will be responsible for financial compliance,

accounting, MIS reporting, and reviewing financial performance and valuation metrics of

companies and internal operations. This role offers end-to-end visibility into all business

functions and provides a strong career growth trajectory for a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

 Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC regulations

 Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities

 Review and maintain financial records and documentation

 Review Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow statements

 Analyse MIS reports and financial performance

 Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability

 Support valuation analysis based on financial data

 Review financial projections and performance trends

 Identify financial risks, inconsistencies, or gaps

 Assist management with financial analysis and reporting

 Monitor cash flow and fund utilization

 Maintain proper accounting records

 Work with OFAAFO portfolio companies to oversee MIS & Financial Reporting

monthly.

Required Qualification:

 CA / CA Inter with 3–7 years of relevant experience. Candidates with background in

Investment Firm, CA Firm, Transaction Advisory, or Corporate Finance preferred.
