Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager based in Bengaluru for our Real Estate venture. The Finance Manager will oversee the company‘s Real Estate profile by managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and preparing financial reports. Responsibilities include financial planning, tax compliance, overseeing audits, reconciling accounts, and evaluating company expenditures. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance, manage risks, and contribute to financial strategies for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate business
• Strong proficiency in Financial Management, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting
• Proven expertise in Taxation, Regulatory Compliance, and Risk Management
• Analytical skills with experience in Data Analysis and Financial Forecasting
• Knowledge of Accounting Standards, Audit Procedures, and Reconciliation
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• Prior experience in energy, manufacturing, or similar industries is a plus
