Finance Manager

We are looking for a seasoned and hands-on Finance Manager with strong accounting fundamentals, statutory compliance expertise, and commanding leadership abilities to drive financial operations efficiently.

Location: Hiranandani Gardens, Powai - Mumbai

Shift timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST

Experience: 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities -

Financial Operations

• Oversee and manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ensure accurate bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
• Maintain strong control over general ledger and accounting entries
• Drive month-end and year-end closing activities

Compliance & Taxation

• Independently handle GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconciliations
• Manage TDS compliance including deduction, payment, return filing (24Q, 26Q) and reconciliation with Form 26AS
• Coordinate with auditors and manage statutory, tax, and internal audits
• Handle compliance notices and regulatory queries if required

Financial Reporting & Finalization

• Prepare and finalize Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and Cash Flow Statement
• Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of financial statements
• Provide audit schedules and support during financial audits

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Lead annual budgeting process
• Prepare financial forecasts and variance analysis (Budget vs Actual)
• Provide strategic financial insights to leadership

MIS & Analytics

• Prepare and present MIS reports for management
• Advanced Excel usage (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, financial analysis tools)

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor the finance team
• Establish financial controls and process improvements
• Ensure timely vendor payments and collections oversight
• Drive accountability and operational efficiency

Ideal Profile

• Inter CA with 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong hands-on exposure to finalization of accounts
• Deep understanding of GST & TDS compliance
• Experience managing a finance team
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent Excel proficiency
• Ability to work in a structured and deadline-driven environment
