Finance Manager

Position: Assistant Manager – Finance (FP&A)

Location: Mumbai

Industry: Retail

Budegt: 10 to 12 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and strategic planning for the business.
• Lead monthly performance reporting, variance analysis, and provide commercial insights for P&L management.
• Support leadership with financial modelling, business case analysis, and decision-making insights.
• Act as the single point of contact for commercial finance, partnering with business heads and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and present financial analysis and performance insights to senior leadership.

Candidate Requirements:

• CA Inter / MBA with 2+ years of FP&A experience.
• Experience in Retail / Fashion / FMCG industry preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with focus on continuous improvement.
