Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Manager – Finance position based in Kochi. The Manager – Finance will oversee the hospital’s financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and forecasting. The role involves preparing and analyzing financial reports, managing audits and compliance with regulations, and developing strategies for financial growth. The Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure sound financial practices and policies that align with the organization’s goals.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 4 years in the healthcare sector
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and budgeting
• Expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance
• Proficiency in using financial software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Leadership abilities with experience managing a team and collaborating across departments
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide data-driven recommendations
• Effective communication skills for advising key stakeholders
• Experience in the healthcare or hospital sector is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
