Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Management

· Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports

· Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in line with Indian Accounting Standards

· Perform inventory reconciliation and COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) calculations with precision

2) Taxation

· Prepare and file GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns

· Conduct GST reconciliation between books and GSTR filings

· Ensure timely tax payments and compliance with statutory deadlines

· Liaise with consultants and authorities during audits and assessments

3) Compliance

· Ensure adherence to statutory regulations including Companies Act and labor laws

· Manage ROC filings, PF/ESI documentation, and other regulatory submissions

· Support internal and external audits with complete documentation and follow-ups

· Monitor changes in compliance requirements and implement necessary updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA Inter or CMA preferred)

· Strong command over GST laws, tax regulations, and compliance frameworks

· Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software

· Deep expertise in GST reconciliation, inventory valuation, and COGS analysis

· Exceptional communication skills—able to collaborate across teams and present financial insights clearly

· Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

· Exposure to export documentation and indirect taxation
