Finance Systems Analyst (Hospitality)

Your new companyI am currently partnering with a leading, fast-growing Hospitality Group to recruit a Finance Systems Analyst into their finance team. This is a broad, commercially focused role with ownership of the financial systems landscape, alongside hands-on involvement across reporting, FP&A, and group finance activities. You'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing financial systems, driving automation, and supporting the wider finance function with accurate, timely insight.Your new roleAs Finance Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for:Ownership, administration, and safeguarding of financial systemsOngoing system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancementsIdentifying opportunities to automate processes and improve system efficiencyGroup-level reporting, analysis, and performance insightsSupporting month-end and year-end processesBudgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning at group levelMaintaining and improving financial modelsBusiness partnering with the finance team and wider stakeholdersTroubleshooting system issues and providing user supportSystems improvement projects and implementationsSupporting external and internal auditsOwning finance master data governance and ensuring consistency across entitiesAd hoc finance projects and analytical initiativesWhat you'll need to succeedYou will be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or QBE, with strong exposure to finance systems.Experience within the hospitality sector is desirable, but not essentialStrong systems-focused accountants from other sectors are encouraged to applyHospitality professionals without a solely systems-based role will be considered, provided they have exposure to system implementation, improvement, automation, or data migrationA proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionallyWhat you'll get in returnThis is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional to join a dynamic and growing Hospitality Group in a role offering broad exposure across finance and systems.
