FA Finders LLC is hiring a Financial Recruiter to help connect financial advisors with better career opportunities. No financial experience is required. If you’re good on the phone, can hold a conversation without reading from a script, and you follow through, you’ll be great here.

Yes, there are dogs in the office. They are friendly, supportive, and completely unaware they are not on payroll.

What You’ll Do

• Call and build relationships with financial advisors
• Understand their career goals (not everyone wants the corner office — some just want a door that closes)
• Present opportunities that make sense, not just “whatever’s open”
• Guide conversations, coordinate interviews, and help finalize decisions

This is relationship-based recruiting — thoughtful, steady, and professional.
