Role OverviewThe Fitness SME will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and enhancing fitness education content aligned with industry standards. The role requires deep expertise in exercise science, program design, and practical training methodologies, along with the ability to translate complex concepts into learner-friendly material.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop curriculum for fitness certification programs (CPT, nutrition, strength training, etc.)Review and update existing course content based on latest research and trendsEnsure all content aligns with global fitness standards and best practicesCreate training materials including manuals, presentations, videos, and assessmentsCollaborate with trainers, instructional designers, and marketing teamsConduct workshops, webinars, and masterclasses when requiredMentor and support trainers and studentsStay updated with advancements in Exercise Science and Sports NutritionMaintain quality and consistency across all educational offeringsRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor's/Master's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related fieldCertifications such as NASM, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent (preferred)Strong knowledge of:Human anatomy & physiologyProgram design & periodizationStrength & conditioningInjury prevention & rehabilitation basicsExcellent communication and presentation skillsExperience in content creation or teaching is highly preferredPreferred ExperienceExperience working with fitness institutes or certification bodiesExposure to digital learning platforms / e-learning content creationPublic speaking or workshop facilitation experience
