As a Float Pool RN, you will provide high-quality care to patients across multiple critical care units, including ICU, CCU, and other high-acuity areas. Job specification Candidate requirements Job specification Administer medications, treatments, and advanced life support as necessary, following established protocols and procedures. Act as a resource and support to staff in various units, sharing knowledge and expertise.

Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, providing critical care interventions as needed. Ensure that all documentation is complete, accurate, and in compliance with regulatory standards. Candidate requirements BSN preferred, but not required, AND or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited program is required. 2-3 years of nursing experience in a critical care setting such as ICU, CCU, or similar, and experience working in multiple units or as a float RN is preferred.

BLS, ACLS, and Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certifications are preferred. Excellent adaptability and flexibility to work in various high-acuity environments. Why work with us?
