📍 Calicut (Kozhikode), Kerala | On-site

At Qaadu, a fast-growing health & beauty brand, we’re looking for someone who can think like a strategist, execute like a doer, and lead like an owner.

This is not a typical marketing role. You’ll work directly with the Founder/CEO, driving brand, content, and sales growth across both online & offline channels.

What You’ll Do

• Lead brand & content strategy (social, campaigns, storytelling)
• Spot and execute on trending content & growth opportunities
• Manage online & offline sales teams and drive performance
• Set KPIs, track numbers, and optimize for revenue growth
• Train sales teams on product, positioning & conversion
• Turn data into actionable insights for scaling the brand

Who We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years experience in brand/content/growth roles
• Strong sense of what works on social & what sells
• Experience managing teams and driving accountability
• Analytical mindset – comfortable with data & performance tracking
• Someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and figures things out
