We work with SMBs and mid-market enterprises across India, where deals are driven by problem clarity and execution, not brand marketing.
This is not a “leads will be given” role.
Role Overview
This is a pure outbound sales role.
You will:
- Identify and prospect SMB and mid-market accounts in India
- Run discovery calls directly with founders, CX heads, ops heads, and business owners
- Sell without marketing support, inbound leads, or brand leverage
- Own deals end-to-end — from first call to close to early expansion
- Work closely with the founder and engineering team to shape real solutions
If you are used to demand gen teams, SDR handoffs, or polished enterprise enablement — this role is not for you.
What You Will Do
- Build your own outbound pipeline (LinkedIn, calls, email, WhatsApp)
- Run first-principles discovery (not scripted demos)
- Qualify use cases where Voice AI can drive real ROI
- Close SMB and mid-enterprise deals independently
- Handle objections around cost, trust, AI adoption, and change management
- Maintain clean deal notes and revenue forecasts
- Learn how AI, telephony, and LLMs are sold in real production environments
