NurseBee is a healthcare staffing startup transforming the way nurses and healthcare facilities connect. We're building intuitive, high-performance tools that reduce friction for both sides of the marketplace — and we need a talented Frontend Developer to help bring that vision to life.

The Role

You'll own the frontend end-to-end: translating designs into responsive, production-grade React applications, collaborating closely with backend engineers on API contracts, and shipping polished features on a weekly cadence. This is a high-ownership role on a small team — your work will be visible and impactful from day one.

✅ Must-Have Skills

Candidates who don't meet these requirements will not be considered:

✓  React 18+ and TypeScript — 3+ years building production web applications 

✓  State Management — Redux Toolkit / RTK Query 

✓  CSS & Styling — Tailwind CSS, responsive & mobile-first design 

✓  Forms & Validation — React Hook Form, Formik, or similar + Zod 

✓  Data Visualization — Recharts, Chart.js, D3, or similar 

✓  RESTful API Integration — async/await, error handling, loading states 

✓  2+ shipped production web apps (B2B SaaS or marketplace preferred) 

✓  Complex multi-step forms with validation and error handling 

✓  Dashboards with real-time data, charts, and interactive tables

• Accessibility standards (ARIA, screen reader testing, keyboard nav)
• Performance optimization: code splitting, lazy loading, memoization
• Healthcare tech or B2B SaaS background
• Mobile or native app experience
