We are seeking a Frontend Engineer to join our early team to help build and scale a platform that thousands of clinicians will rely on. You will be responsible for developing high-performance user interfaces, maintaining the core product, and ensuring our systems are perfectly configured for a diverse range of clinical environments.

This role is ideal for an engineer who is not only a skilled UI developer but also possesses an analytical mind for complex data structures and a meticulous approach to technical implementation.

• Feature Development: Build and maintain responsive, high-fidelity web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Complex Data Implementation: Design and implement the technical logic and schemas that power our core platform. You will translate multifaceted domain requirements into structured, scalable technical configurations.
• Platform Reliability: Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend bugs and support issues to ensure a seamless experience for our users.
• Account Optimization: Take ownership of the technical setup for new accounts, ensuring that the platform's logic and data structures align perfectly with user-specific requirements.
• Internal Tooling: Help develop internal workflows and tools that allow us to scale our platform's capabilities across different clinical settings.
• Performance & Monitoring: Work with the engineering team to monitor platform health and implement frontend optimizations to improve speed and reliability.

• Detail-Obsessed: You have an eagle eye for precision. You notice the small inconsistencies that others miss, whether in UI alignment or data structures.
• Logical Thinker: You enjoy the challenge of taking non-standardized information and creating a clean, logical strategy to standardize it within a system.

• 1-2 years of software engineering experience focusing on modern frontend frameworks (React preferred).
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Experience managing complex application state and data flows.
• Familiarity with modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, etc.) and responsive design.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members.

• LLM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with prompt engineering to refine and validate structured AI outputs.
• Large-Scale Systems: Experience contributing to and navigating large, distributed frontend architectures.
• Performance Optimization: Proven ability to improve speed and efficiency in data-intensive applications.
• Scaling Expertise: Familiarity with scaling frontend operations, including automated testing and modular component design.
• Internal Tooling: A track record of building admin dashboards or automation scripts to simplify manual engineering tasks.
